We always strive to give all our customers the best service possible and hope you never have to complain. However, we are realistic, and feel it is professional to be clear how we deal with complaints if they do occur.

All our complaints are dealt with immediately by our senior management team, so you can expect a speedy and efficient result.

So that we can ensure all the information is recorded we would ask, that if you wish to raise a complaint, you use our contact form here to detail as best you can the problem you have experienced putting "Complaint" in the subject line.

As soon as we receive the complaint one of our senior managers will read through your message and gather any internal information they may need, they will then either email you or phone you to discuss the matter further, or get more information if needed. Because we want to ensure we fully understand the issue please allow us 1 working day to get back to you.
